He has over 40 years of experience and has attended almost every Mercury Training Class that is offered. He is a Verado Specialist, Four Stroke Specialist, and an Optimax Specialist. We also are able to flow test and clean fuel injectors and direct air injectors to ensure reliability. We are one of the only authorized repair facilities that can calibrate fuel and air regulators for the Optimax Outboards instead of replacing complete fuel rails. We carry all the necessary harnesses, manuals, and diagnostic equipment needed to properly diagnose engine problems. We can recalibrate your PCM to the latest calibration program available. We also perform all warranty work for your Mercury Outboard or Mercruiser no matter where you purchased it. |

One of the best diagnostic tools we use is our Marine Dynamometer. It allows us to simulate actual on the water running conditions. Dyno load measurements are used to evaluate an engines full power and acceleration. This allows our Technicians to properly diagnose and verify the repair when completed. This saves valuable time during the repair process and assures us your engine is ready for the water. We are the only Certified Mercruiser and Mercury Outboard Authorized Service Center in Northwest Missouri that can run engines from 50-575 horsepower on a dyno. |
